These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Idelia Travel ("Tripdelia", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Tripdelia mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these Terms are stricter, these Terms control between you and us. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App or its content.
Tripdelia is a trip-planning app. It uses artificial intelligence and third-party data sources (such as Google Maps Platform and public weather services) to generate itineraries, suggest places, and organize your travel information. The App does not require an account; your trips and saved content are stored on your device unless you choose to share a trip (see section 5).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App except where the law expressly permits it.
Itineraries, place descriptions, prices, opening hours, transit advice, ratings, weather forecasts, and similar content in the App are generated automatically or supplied by third parties. This content is provided for planning convenience only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important details (opening hours, admission prices, visa rules, safety conditions, bookings) with the venue or an official source before relying on them. Travel involves inherent risks; you are solely responsible for your travel decisions, bookings, and personal safety.
You are responsible for the content you add to the App (trip notes, photos, imported links or screenshots, document details). The optional "Travel documents" feature stores the details you enter encrypted on your device; it is a convenience copy, not an official document store. Keep your physical documents safe — we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on data stored in the App. Only import content (links, screenshots) that you have the right to use.
Tripdelia lets you plan a trip together with people you invite. When you tap Share, we create a private invite link for that trip. Anyone holding the link can open the trip, edit the shared plan, and post messages in the trip's group chat. Sharing is private and invite-only: there is no public feed, no directory, no discovery, and no way for anyone without your link to find or join your trip. You decide who receives the link, and you are responsible for that choice — treat it like a house key.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You are responsible for everything you post in a shared trip or its group chat. You agree not to post, send, or upload content that:
Reporting. If you see content or behaviour in a shared trip that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the invite link and a short description. We review every report and act on violations within 24 hours, and we will confirm the outcome to you by email.
Our remedies. We may, without prior notice, remove any content, delete a shared trip and its entire chat history, disable an invite link, and block the device or network responsible from using our sharing and chat services. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. Repeat or severe offenders are permanently barred from these features.
Retention. Group-chat messages are held on our servers for at most 24 hours, and a shared trip is deleted from our servers 7 days after its last change. Leaving a shared trip on your device does not delete it for the others; if you need a shared trip removed sooner, email us the invite link.
The App displays data and content from third parties, including Google Maps Platform (places, photos, ratings, reviews), weather and routing providers, and currency-rate providers. A place's detail page may also list publicly available videos about that place and offer shortcuts that search for it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or the web; opening one leaves Tripdelia and takes you to that platform, where its own terms apply. Third-party content belongs to its owners. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it. Links may stop working if the third party removes the content.
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping or bulk-extracting data, using the App to violate any law or third-party right, or using automated means to overload our services. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or travel costs, arising from your use of the App — including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated or third-party content, or on content posted by another person in a shared trip. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us through the App in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or suspend the license, or your access to sharing and group chat, if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9–14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
