Tripdelia is an AI trip planner for iPhone — it turns a destination and a few dates into a full day-by-day itinerary with real places, maps, routes and prices. This page is where you get help with it.
When you write in, it helps a lot if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the Tripdelia version shown at the bottom of the Profile screen.
No. Tripdelia has no sign-up and no login. Your trips, saved spots and lists live on your device.
Tap the + button in the centre of the navigation bar, choose Plan a Trip, enter a destination and your dates, and tap Create with AI. Building an itinerary needs an internet connection and usually takes 20–60 seconds.
Itineraries are generated by AI from third-party data and can be out of date. Always confirm admission prices, opening hours, visa rules and bookings with the venue or an official source before you rely on them. You can reshape any plan by chatting with it — for example, "make day 2 more relaxed".
No. Location is optional and only used while you are using the app, to show nearby places and your distance to the next stop. If you decline, the app falls back to a default city and stays fully usable.
Tap Share on a trip to create a private invite link. Anyone who has that link can open the trip, edit the shared plan and post in the trip's group chat. There is no public feed and no way for a stranger to find your trip — so only send the link to people you trust. Shared trips are deleted from our servers 7 days after their last change, and chat messages after 24 hours.
Email [email protected] with the invite link and a short description. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour: we review every report and act within 24 hours, which can include deleting the content, deleting the shared trip and its whole chat history, and blocking the device or network responsible. See section 5 of the Terms of Use.
Tripdelia Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Open Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, or go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If that does not bring it back, email us.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Because there is no account, deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. Shared trips and their messages expire from our servers automatically; to have one removed sooner, email us the invite link.
The optional Travel documents feature stores what you enter encrypted on your device using iOS secure storage. Those details are never uploaded and never leave your device.
Bug reports, feature requests, content complaints and privacy requests all go to the same address: [email protected]. For privacy requests under GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK, please say so in the subject line.
